Dear John,

I wanted to tell you how much I love my new addition and what a pleasure you have been to work with. You always looked out for my interest and helped me make many important decions.

Everyone that has seen it just can't believe that it is the same house and comment on how well it blends into the rest of my house. It looks as if it has always been there. I can't wait to use the sunroom over the summer months. There will be many parties here this summer!!!
